Our online directory allows you to locate physicians, health care practitioners, pharmacies and facilities participating with M.D. IPA.

When asked to "Choose your Health Plan":

Select M.D. IPA when looking for a physician, health care practitioner, pharmacy or facility

Select the MAMSI Life and Health Insurance Dental option when looking for a dentist. This will show the dentists who participate in the FEHBP Dental Discount and PPO Plans

You then have the option of printing out a personalized directory. If you enter your address information, you can also review a map for driving directions.
