MAMSI Broadcasts Conference Call on the Internet
Rockville, MD -Mid Atlantic Medical Services, Inc. (MAMSI) (NYSE:MME) announced today that it will broadcast its third quarter earnings conference call via the Internet on Thursday, November 9, 2000 at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. During the quarterly conference call, MAMSI's senior executive management presents and discusses the Company's financial results with the investor community.

Anyone interested in accessing the conference call should go 15 minutes before the scheduled conference call to MAMSI's Web site, www.mamsi.com, select the Investor Relations page and follow the directions (See Note 3). Users will need audio capability and Real Player on their computer in order to access the conference call. Real Player is available on www.real.com.
