The Dental Discount Program offers members a
discount on all dental services performed by Alliance PPO, LLC's
(Alliance) large network of participating dentists and specialists.
The Program is available to both groups and individuals in Maryland,
Virginia and the District of Columbia. Members must be enrolled in a
Mid Atlantic Medical Services, LLC. (MAMSI) health insurance plan.

Benefits to Members
|
- Dental services must be performed by Alliance's network of
participating dentists and specialists
- Members will pay a participating general dentist in
accordance with the Dental Discount Program Fee Schedule, which
lists the dental services and maximum fees charged. For a sample

- Members will pay 75 percent of the participating dentist's
Usual, Customary and Reasonable fees for any services not listed
in the fee schedule (other than cosmetic or implant services), or
for services performed by a participating dental specialist
(endodontist, oral surgeon, orthodontist, periodontist,
pedodontist and prosthodontist.)
- All cosmetic procedures are offered at a 10 percent discount.
- Implant placement and related procedures are offered at a 10
percent discount.
Note: To be eligible for the discount, the member must pay the
dentist in-full at the time of service. |
- No claim forms
- No waiting periods
- No pre-existing exclusions/limitations (except orthodontics
in progress)
- No deductibles
- No contract year maximums
- No age limit for orthodontics
- Cosmetic procedures are included
- Implant placement and related procedures are included
