Life, Accident, and Disability Insurance1

Group term life insurance is available to groups with two or more employees. Three types of plans are available:

  • Flat Plan: all employees receive the same benefit level
  • Class Plan: benefits vary depending on the employee's class (e.g., officers, managers, hourly employees)
  • Percentage of Salary Plan: benefits equal a fixed percentage of each employee's salary up to a maximum amount

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage is included in all group life insurance plans at no additional premium.

Employers Can Also Offer:

Supplemental Life Insurance for employees
Dependent Life Insurance for spouses and dependent children and Short-term Disability Coverage
